From Queens/Nassau County/Western Long Island

via I-495/Long Expressway

Take I-495 East to exit 38 and merge onto Meadowbrook State Pkwy South. Take exit M6 W for Southern State Pkwy West toward to New York City. Take exit 21 for Nassau Rd toward Hempstead/Freeport. Slight turn right onto Uniondale Ave (heading north). Continue until you see Jerusalem Ave (about 0.8 miles). Take onto Jerusalem Ave. (heading east), and make a left when you see “A Holly Patterson Extended Care Facility” sign on your left (about 0.5 miles). Head into the parking lot and follow the signs.

 

via Southern State Pkwy

Take Southern State Pkwy East. Take exit 21 toward Nassau Rd toward Hempstead/Freeport. Turn left onto Brookside Ave. Continue onto Uniondale Ave heading to North (about 0.8 miles). Continue until you see Jerusalem Ave. Take onto Jerusalem Ave. (heading east), and make a left when you see “A Holly Patterson Extended Care Facility” sign on your left (about 0.5 miles). Head into the parking lot and follow the signs.

 

From Suffolk County/Eastern Long Island

via I-495/Long Expressway

Take I-495 West to exit 42 and merge onto Northern State Pkwy toward New York. Take 31A toward Jones Beach onto Meadowbrook State Pkwy South. Take exit M6 W for Southern State Pkwy West toward to New York City. Take exit 21 for Nassau Rd toward Hempstead/Freeport. Slight turn right onto Uniondale Ave (heading north). Continue until you see Jerusalem Ave (about 0.8 miles). Take onto Jerusalem Ave. (heading east), and make a left when you see “A Holly Patterson Extended Care Facility” sign on your left  (about 0.5 miles). Head into the parking lot and follow the signs.

 

via Southern State Pkwy

Take Southern State Pkwy West. Take exit 21 for Nassau Rd toward Hempstead/Freeport. Slight turn right onto Uniondale Ave (heading north). Continue until you see Jerusalem Ave (about 0.8 miles). Take onto Jerusalem Ave. (heading east), and make a left when you see “A Holly Patterson Extended Care Facility” sign on your left (about 0.5 miles). Head into the parking lot and follow the signs.

 

찾아오시는 길: 생각보다는 찾기가 어렵습니다.

I-495 혹은 Northern State Pkwy를 이용하시면,  Meadowbrook State Pkwy의 Jones Beach쪽으로 옮겨 타신 후, Exit 6M W 뉴욕시쪽으로 나오십시요. 그러면 Southern State Pkwy로 옮겨 질 것이고,  Exit 21로 나오시면, Nassau Rd입니다. 한 블럭 운전후 바로 우회전하시면 바로 Uniondale Ave입니다. 약 0.8마일을 북쪽으로 운전하시면, Jerusalem Ave. 를 만나게되고, 그러면 바로 우회전을 합니다. 약 0.5 마일 운전하시면 좌측에 푸른색의 사인 “A Holly Patterson Extended Care Facility”가 보이시면 바로 좌회전하시고, 안쪽으로 계속 들어오셔서 파킹하시면 됩니다. 이는 롱아일랜드 동쪽에서 오셔도 같은 길 방향입니다.

 

Southern State Pkwy를 이용하시면, Exit 21로 나오신 후 바로 좌회전 (Brookide Ave)을 하셔서 북쪽으로 향하십시오. 이 길은 조금후 Uniondale Ave로 바뀌어집니다. 약 0.8마일을 북쪽으로 운전하시면, Jerusalem Ave. 를 만나게되고, 그러면 바로 우회전을 합니다. 약 0.5 마일 운전하시면 좌측에 푸른색의 사인 “A Holly Patterson Extended Care Facility”가 보이시면 바로 좌회전하시고, 안쪽으로 계속 들어오셔서 파킹하시면 됩니다. 이는 롱아일랜드 동쪽에서 오셔도 같은 길 방향입니다.

 

파킹장은 안쪽으로 쭉 들어오시면됩니다. 정면으로 세개의 건물이 있는 곳이 제대로 찾은 파킹장입니다. 그리고 파킹 후 세개의 건물중 가운데 건물 앞에서 만나기를 원합니다.
